The oil is made by the pressing of the seeds or process of grinding. This gives a strong-tasting mustard oil. Another approach for making mustard oil is crushing the seeds. When the mustard seeds are processed in a mustard oil plant a by-product is produced which is seeds pressed cakes having little amount of oil content in them.
